Files You Upload

• Files you upload are used solely to generate the corrupted version you requested.
• We do not inspect, read, share, or sell the contents of any file you upload.
• Corrupted files are kept on our server only briefly — up to about an hour after upload, whether or not you've downloaded them — and are then automatically and permanently deleted.

Usage Data We Collect

To keep the service reliable and to understand which formats and languages are used, we log basic, non-identifying technical data for each conversion: the file extension, file size, language, an anonymous per-visitor identifier stored in a cookie, a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store raw IP addresses), and your browser's user agent. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and is never linked to the contents of the files you upload.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to recognise repeat visits anonymously (for basic analytics and abuse prevention), and Google Analytics, which uses its own cookies with IP anonymisation enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

Your Rights

• Access & Deletion: Since we don't store personally identifying information or file contents beyond the brief processing window described above, there is generally nothing further to access or delete. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we'll investigate.
